Shipping Policy

 Tutu Scents Processing time is 5-7 business days after purchase.  We do our best to get your items shipped out to you quicker than the delivery timeframe given, however its not guaranteed. Business days are Mon-Fri, not including Sat + Sun. 

All items are shipped through USPS. Order and shipping confirmations are sent out to the email address provided at our checkout page. If you have not received your confirmation email shortly after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If it has still not been received please contact us.

Failure to provide correct shipping information after checkout will result in your order not being delivered. Please make sure that the correct address is given before submitting your purchase. Tutu Scents is not responsible for the delay in shipment being returned. Refunds will not be issued in this event. 

Tutu Scents cannot be held responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during the time of transit. The mail carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services. If your package has not been delivered, or says it was and you have not received it, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing package. Please also contact your local delivery office as sometimes there are delays. No refunds will be issued out.
